Shipping policy

Naked Flame suspended fireplaces are large architectural products, so freight depends on the model, configuration, destination and access.

New Zealand delivery

We arrange delivery throughout New Zealand. Freight charges and delivery method depend on the fireplace, destination and access requirements. Where a delivery cost is not available at checkout, we confirm the freight cost with you before dispatch.

International delivery

For delivery outside New Zealand, contact us before ordering and we will quote freight to your door.

Lead times

Lead times vary by model, finish, fuel and stock. Made-to-order or specially configured products can take longer. We give you the best available lead-time information when your order is confirmed; any timeframe we give is an estimate.

Delivery access

Tell us about restricted access, rural addresses, stairs, apartment buildings, construction sites or other conditions that may affect freight. Extra carrier charges may apply where special handling is needed.

Receiving your order

Inspect the packaging and product as soon as practical after delivery. If there is visible freight damage, note it with the carrier, photograph the packaging and product, and contact us at info@nakedflamefires.co.nz or 0800 468 836.

Installation

We do not provide installation. Your fireplace must be installed by a suitably qualified person following the manufacturer's installation documentation and all applicable requirements.
